What to expect on your first visit
Connect
We begin with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals, so we understand how your body has adapted to stress over time.​
Evaluate
A gentle chiropractic assessment helps us identify patterns of spinal tension and nervous system function. NetworkSpinal Care uses light, precise contacts, no forceful adjustments.
Experience
If appropriate, you may receive your first NetworkSpinal Care session. Many patients feel calmer, more relaxed, or more aware afterward.
Follow Up
Before you leave, we’ll set up a second appointment where we will review our findings, answer your questions, and discuss next steps. so you feel informed and supported as you begin care.
